It’s a big match and you knew it would be. As the team’s captain there’s a lot riding on your shoulders. Wait a minute! What are you doing on the bench? They’ve sending you onto the field as a sub? Foul! You stride up to the ref to sort it out.
“After I come home from work I walk straight into a situation that’s been happening behind my back,” says new dad Rossco Finn. “I know what’s been going on but I’m not privy to exact information because I’m not there during the day. And since I haven’t been there for 70% of the time I am out of the loop.”
His first daughter was born February 2010, making Finn the main breadwinner and his partner a full-time mum. Finn told Suite101 in an interview 20 July 2010, “When I try to change her (baby Ruby) for night it’s like 'I don’t know what to change her into!' even though all the clothes are there. Because you haven’t been doing it every day, five times a day you feel blind.”
